LA PETITE ÉTOILE

1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE SELLER
The company LPE ONLINE – LA PETITE ÉTOILE, a simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with a capital of €260,976, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 891 836 991, whose registered office is located at 15 rue du Louvre, 75001 Paris, France (hereinafter "La Petite Étoile" or the "Seller"), operates the website: https://www.lapetiteetoile.com

2. PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sales of products carried out via the La Petite Étoile website. Any order implies the unreserved acceptance of these GTCS.

3. PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are ready-to-wear items. La Petite Étoile endeavors to present the products as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may exist, particularly due to screen display settings.

4. PRICE
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are specified before the validation of the order. La Petite Étoile reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price applied is the one in effect at the time of the order.

5. ORDERING
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and validates their basket. The order is considered final after payment validation. La Petite Étoile reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:

an existing dispute with the customer
suspicion of fraud
manifest error or anomaly

6. PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Transactions are secure and processed by third-party payment providers, including Shopify Payments and Mollie. Accepted payment methods include:

credit/debit card
express payment solutions (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) La Petite Étoile does not store the customer's full banking details at any time.

7. DELIVERY
La Petite Étoile ships to several countries. Delivery zones, costs, and applicable lead times are indicated before the validation of the order and detailed on the following page: https://www.lapetiteetoile.com/pages/livraison-retours Delivery times are indicative. La Petite Étoile reserves the right to limit delivery zones. La Petite Étoile shall not be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or circumstances beyond its control.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

9. RETURNS Products must be returned:

unworn
unwashed
in their original condition

10. REFUND
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment. The refund is made via the payment method used during the order.

11. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
In the event of receipt of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer is invited to contact customer service. After verification, La Petite Étoile will offer a refund or a replacement.

12. LEGAL WARRANTIES
The customer benefits from:

the legal warranty of conformity
the warranty against hidden defects

13. LIABILITY
La Petite Étoile shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products or the website. La Petite Étoile cannot be held liable in the event of website interruption or technical malfunction beyond its control.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the site (text, images, visuals, logo, graphic charter, design) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, exploitation, or use, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.

16. FORCE MAJEURE
La Petite Étoile cannot be held liable for the non-performance of its obligations resulting from a case of force majeure.
