Delivery refers to the transfer of physical possession of the Products to the Customer (the "Delivery"). The Delivery charges applicable to the Order are those mentioned on the Website at the time of the Order in this "Delivery and Returns" section.
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday by Colissimo, Mondial Relay and B2C Europe, depending on the option chosen by the Customer when validating the Order.

Outside mainland France, LPE ONLINE - LA PETITE ÉTOILE delivers to the following countries within the European Union:

Please note that although they legally belong to France, the DOM-TOM territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Guyana, Reunion, Mayotte, Saint-Barthelemy, Saint-Martin, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon and French Polynesia) cannot be delivered by LPE ONLINE - LA PETITE ÉTOILE. Nevertheless (and this applies to all other countries not included in our delivery offer), an exception may be granted if the Customer undertakes to pay the applicable carriage costs themselves.
The risk is transferred to the Customer when the Product is handed over to the carrier when the latter is entrusted with the transport by the Customer and not by LPE ONLINE - LA PETITE ÉTOILE.
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, it being specified that this must be the address of residence of the Customer, of a natural person of his choice or of a legal entity (delivery to his company). Delivery can’t be made to hotels nor PO boxes. It is the Customer's responsibility to provide the exact and complete information required for the correct routing of their Order and for perfect Delivery (street number, building number, staircase number, access code, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
In the event that it is impossible to carry out the Delivery due to an incorrect delivery address or the Customer's failure to collect their Order from the selected collection point or from Colissimo, and in the event that no re-shipment can be carried out, the Customer will be reimbursed the full amount of their Order by LPE ONLINE - LA PETITE ÉTOILE.
LPE ONLINE - LA PETITE ÉTOILE delivers Orders within a maximum period of 12 (twelve) working days for delivery in Metropolitan France and 20 (twenty) working days for international delivery, this period being counted from the day after the Order is validated. The day after a collection goes online and during the clearance sale periods and the month of December, the delivery time may be increased by 10 (ten) days, given the large and exceptional volume of Orders.
In order for these delivery times to be respected, the Customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information concerning the Delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
LPE ONLINE - LA PETITE ÉTOILE may not be held responsible for any delay in delivery that is not of its making or justified by a case of force majeure (as defined below).
If the delivery time is exceeded, the Customer may request cancellation of the sale and obtain reimbursement of the sums paid for the Order within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of the request.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, LPE ONLINE - LA PETITE ÉTOILE may not be held responsible for the damaging consequences resulting from a delay in delivery, with only the reimbursement of the Product by LPE ONLINE - LA PETITE ÉTOILE being possible to the exclusion of any other form of compensation.
Delivery shall be deemed to have taken place as soon as the Order has been made available to the Customer in person.
II. REFUND AND RETURNS
All non-professional consumers have a right of withdrawal which they can exercise without penalty. If the Customer makes use of this right, the Product must be returned to LPE ONLINE - LA PETITE ÉTOILE within 30 (thirty) days (starting from the day of receipt of the Products). Beyond this period of 30 (thirty) days, the sale is firm and definitive.
The Product must be returned, if possible, in its original packaging in its original condition, i.e. new, unworn and unwashed.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by making a return request on the Account. To do this, the Customer must go to a returns portal accessible at the following link: https://returns.bigblue.co/la-petite-etoile available at the bottom of the page in this section « FAIRE UN RETOUR » and follow the instructions. A retraction form must be filled in exhaustively. In this case, LPE ONLINE - LA PETITE ÉTOILE will send the Customer an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium. The Customer may also contact the customer service department directly, by sending an e-mail specifying their order number, the Product concerned and the reason for return, which they will send to : firstname.lastname@example.org.
Products are returned under the Customer's responsibility and at their own risk. After validating their request with the customer service department, they will receive a return label to put on their parcel in order to send it free of charge*.
In return for LPE ONLINE - LA PETITE ÉTOILE* taking charge of the return costs, the initial delivery costs will not be included in the reimbursement*.

The reimbursement will take place provided that LPE ONLINE - LA PETITE ÉTOILE has been able to recover the Products initially delivered. Unless the Customer wishes otherwise, LPE ONLINE - LA PETITE ÉTOILE will issue the refund using the same means of payment that was used to pay for the Order. Please note that in order for the return to be correctly identified, it is imperative to include the purchase invoice in the return parcel to enable our logistics partner to monitor your return file and proceed with your correct reimbursement.
LPE ONLINE - LA PETITE ÉTOILE will not be able to reimburse the Products concerned if the Customer does not comply with these GCS.
In all cases, LPE ONLINE - LA PETITE ÉTOILE is responsible for the return costs if the Product delivered to the Customer is different from the Product ordered or if it is delivered damaged.
